ARCADIA
Arcadia is a popular Phoenix neighborhood located west of Old Town Scottsdale and South of Paradise Valley. The neighborhood is known for its exquisite homes, tree-lined streets, and numerous shopping and dining options.
Arcadia’s convenient location allows for a short ride to other equally awesome destinations like Old Town Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and the Biltmore Fashion Park.
BILTMORE
Biltmore is an elegant Phoenix suburban neighborhood that is coveted by many. Several grand million-dollar properties are found here, as well as upscale shopping destinations.
The neighborhood’s central location near Camelback Road also allows residents to easily access downtown Phoenix, Midtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Exuding much of its historical heritage, the city of Scottsdale has been dubbed as “The West’s Most Western Town.” It’s blessed with over 300 days of sunshine in a year, a wonderful collection of prime real estate property picks, and a wide variety of outdoor opportunities. It’s of no surprise that this desert city draws in people from other states to settle and grow here.
Scottsdale is also conveniently situated near the cities and towns of Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Carefree. This ease of access gives residents an even wider range of opportunities for work, play, and living.
TEMPE
Tempe is a city filled with a thriving art and culture scene, a diverse heritage, lots of happenings, and awesome real estate. Arizona State University, the top public research university in the United States, is found here. Much of the area’s energetic vibe stems from the population of college students residing there.
Wherever you are in Tempe, you’ll never be too far from urban conveniences like a grocery store, shopping mall, or restaurant. Everything you need is just within walking distance.
PARADISE VALLEY
Paradise Valley has been endowed with the moniker, “Beverly Hills of Arizona” for its neighborhoods that could give the original California counterpart a run for its money. It has world-class golf courses, grand luxury homes, a commercial district with a variety of dining and shopping options, and wonderful trails and open spaces for nature-tripping and other outdoor adventures.
The town, located in the central portion of the Greater Phoenix area, is also just 3.5 miles away from Scottsdale and 8. away from Phoenix and Tempe.
PHOENIX
Phoenix is the capital and the most populous city in Arizona. It is a hub of social, cultural, economic, and activity, making it one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. Known for its sunny weather, thriving job market, and numerous indoor and outdoor activities, Phoenix shows no signs of slowing down.
Phoenix also offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities that can be enjoyed all year round. The greater Phoenix area, encompassing around 2,000 square miles, includes the nearby cities of Scottsdale, Glendale, and Tempe.
Chandler
Located in the East Valley, the city of Chandler is known for its exciting amenities, access to outdoor recreation, and a diverse economy. It is divided into several districts: the Price Road Corridor, West Chandler, North Chandler, the Chandler Airpark area, and the downtown area south of Chandler Boulevard.
Chandler is surrounded by freeways, making it easy for residents and visitors to drive in and out of the city. Cutting right through the city are Arizona State Routes 87, 202, and a little of 101.
Gilbert
Ranked as Phoenix’s coolest suburb, Gilbert is a thriving town with wide green spaces and well-preserved historical landmarks.
Gilbert can be accessed via the Santan Freeway of the Arizona State Route 202 and the U.S. Route 60 Superstition Freeway. The town is also close to the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Ahwatukee
The East Valley region of Phoenix by the foothills of South Mountain is where you’ll find Ahwatukee. Also known as Ahwatukee Foothills, this blissful community is one of Phoenix’s 15 urban villages, along with Deer Valley, Paradise Valley, and Encanto.
This urban village offers excellent schools, wonderful weather, breathtaking landscapes, and miles of trails. Its secluded location gives the community a small-town feel. However, residents still have access to urban amenities with the cities of Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler just a short drive away via Interstate 10.
